It’s packed with all sorts of things—mostly cosmetics, bangles, and little gift items that people need for daily use or for festivals. The shelves are pretty full, so you have to look closely to find exactly what you want. We get a lot of women from the neighborhood coming in for matching thread or a specific shade of lipstick. It’s a small, local shop, so we know a lot of our customers by name. Sometimes the kids come in looking for toys or school supplies too. It’s not a big department store, just a friendly place where you can pick up the small stuff without traveling too far. We try to keep the latest styles of bangles in stock because that’s what everyone asks for. The area can get pretty busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping.
