We have been at the Rampura spot on Ajmer Road for a while now. It is right there near NH 8. Most days it is just us here handling phone repairs and selling small things. People drop by when their screens crack or when they need a new charger. It gets dusty because of the highway traffic but we keep the doors open. We started Shri Shyam Mobile because there wasn't much else around this part of the road back then. We sit in the shop and wait for customers. Sometimes it is busy, sometimes we just talk to neighbors. The shop isn't big. We have some glass counters with cases and older phone models. If someone brings in a phone that won't turn on, we take a look and see what can be done. Usually, it is a battery issue or something simple. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to fix things. The weather gets hot in the afternoons here. We usually close up when the sun goes down. Most people know us by now. We don't do much fancy stuff. Just basic mobile help. It is a straightforward business. We try to keep the parts in stock so people don't have to wait too long. If we don't have it, we tell them to come back in a few days. That is how it goes every day. Just a small shop on the side of the highway doing what we can.
