You can find us at Shri Mateshwari Apartment, specifically in Flat No. F-2, 187 in Moti Nagar. We are right on Queens Road, which is a fairly major route around here. Running an earthmoving business out of an apartment might seem a bit unusual to some people, but it actually works out quite well for us. It keeps things simple and the overhead low. We use the space mainly for the administrative side of things, like billing and taking orders for the machines. The rest of the time, we are out at various project sites. The neighborhood of Moti Nagar is a decent place to be, and being on Queens Road makes it easy for us to head out in any direction when we need to. We’ve been here for several years and have a good relationship with the other residents in the building. We don't have any fancy signs or a big corporate image. Most of our work comes from long-time clients who know we are just a small team of us. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when the drivers come in to drop off their paperwork, but we manage. We spend a lot of time talking to site managers and making sure our equipment is where it needs to be. It is a basic, no-frills operation, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the work done every day.
