Our place is tucked away in Banipark at the Status Enclave on Devi Marg. It's a busy part of Jaipur but our office stays relatively quiet once you step inside from the street noise. We've been operating out of room 310 for a good while. Most of the work involves paperwork, phone calls, and people dropping by to discuss things face to face. It isn't a massive corporate setup with hundreds of employees. It is just us handling the daily tasks that come through the door. Banipark has changed a lot since we first set up here. More buildings have gone up and the traffic has gotten worse, but our address stays the same. The walls in the office are lined with files and the desks are usually covered in notes and ledgers. We don't have a flashy reception area or anything like that. Just some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We mostly stick to our schedule and try to get things done by the end of the day. It’s a straightforward way of working. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, which happens in these older parts of the city, so we just take a break until things start working again. Being on Devi Marg means we are close to a lot of other local businesses, so we see the same faces every day when we go out for tea. It’s a very local way of doing things that suits us just fine.
