Shri Balaji Telecom

Located at Swaran Path in Mansarovar, our shop is at 30/14/01. It’s a busy little spot. We’ve been here for a while now, serving the people who live nearby. We do a lot of recharges and sell SIM cards and basic phone accessories. The shop isn’t very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack the boxes. I spend most of my day sitting by the front window so I can see people coming. We have a small television in the corner that we keep on for the news or some cricket. It makes the day go by faster when things are slow. The area around Swaran Path has changed a lot since we first opened. There are more shops now and the traffic is heavier. We know most of the people who walk past every day. Sometimes they just stop in to say hello even if they don't need anything. We don’t have any polished sales pitches. We just tell people what we have and how much it costs. The floor is made of simple tiles that we mop every morning. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it clean. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We’re happy to be part of the community here and hope to keep going as long as people still need phones.
