Shree Satyam Art

Shree Satyam Art is our little shop at number 181. We are situated near Chandi Ki Taksal, which is a place most people around here can find pretty easily. It’s a small space, but we pack it full of different art pieces and local items. I’ve been working here for quite some time now, and I’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything like that. People just walk in while they are out doing their shopping or visiting the nearby areas. It’s often quite crowded in the shop because we have so much stuff on the shelves. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a bit of a struggle when new stock arrives. I spend a lot of time talking to the regulars who stop by for a chat. It’s a simple business, really. We just sell what we have and try to keep the prices where they make sense for everyone. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the summer because we don't have a big cooling system, just a fan in the corner. But we like it here. Being near Chandi Ki Taksal means there’s always something happening outside. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in today. It’s just a normal part of the local market and we enjoy being here. It’s home for us.
