Shree Balaji Mobile Point

Shree Balaji Mobile Point is located at Imliwala Phatak in Janak Puri 2. If you know the area, you know the train crossing can make things a bit stuck sometimes. That is where we are. It’s a small shop mainly focused on mobile phones and the various bits that go with them. I have been here at Janak Puri 2 for quite a while. Most of my day is spent helping people figure out why their phones are acting up. I do a lot of recharges for people who still prefer to do it in person rather than on an app. It gives us a chance to chat. The shop is cozy, maybe a bit too small when three or four people are inside at once. I keep the glass cases filled with covers and screen guards. People around Imliwala Phatak are hardworking, and they need their phones to stay in touch with work. I try to get repairs done quickly because no one likes being without their device. Sometimes I get help from a local boy who wants to learn the trade. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s not a polished business with a marketing plan. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes in. It’s a simple setup and it suits the neighborhood just fine. We have everything from chargers to new handsets and it keeps us busy.
