Shree Ambaymaa Dresses Private Limited

Our place is tucked away inside Diwano Ki Haweli in the Ghasmandi area. We are located specifically in Vijayraj Ji Ki Haweli, right on Tel Gali. The business is called Shree Ambaymaa Dresses Private Limited. It is an old building with a lot of history, though we just use it for our daily work making dresses. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. The hallways are narrow and the stairs are steep, but we have enough room for our machines and fabric. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while now. Most days it is quite busy with people coming and going in the gali. We don't have a big sign or a lobby. It’s just a real workshop where people are actually doing the sewing and the cutting. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the work is done by hand or on the machines. Ghasmandi can be a loud place, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep our heads down and get the dresses finished. We are just local people trying to run a decent business. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write pretty words for us. We just make the clothes and send them out. It’s a simple life here in the haweli and we like the way things are. We just keep the business going one day at a time without any fuss.
