Shilpi India

If you find the Holiday Inn, you’ve basically found Shilpi India. We are at Plot No. 1/19, right behind the hotel. It’s a handy landmark for people who haven't visited us before. The area is usually pretty active, especially with people coming and going from the hotel. Our building is a bit tucked away, which is actually kind of nice. It’s a bit quieter than being right on the main drag. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been around for a few years now. The day starts early with a bit of cleaning and then we get into the main tasks. We don’t really go for big speeches or polished presentations. It’s more about sitting down and getting through the pile of work on the desk. We handle a variety of things under the Shilpi India name. Some days are slow and we spend a lot of time tidying up the office. Other days it feels like there aren’t enough hours to get everything finished. We eat lunch together most days at the small table in the back. It’s not a corporate cafeteria, just a place to heat up our food. People around here are friendly enough. We know the neighbors at the other plots and we help each other out if someone needs a hand. It’s a straightforward way to run a business without any of the extra fluff you see elsewhere.
