Down here at Bani Park, specifically on Jhakeshwar Marg at D-53/B-2, things are a bit quieter than the big industrial zones, but Shiba Industries stays plenty busy. We have been in this building for years. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we spend most of our time worrying about what we are making rather than how the front door looks. Most of the folks working here have been with us a long time. We know each other's families and what everyone likes for lunch. It’s that kind of place. We do industrial work, which means a lot of repetitive tasks and making sure parts are sized right. It’s practical stuff. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets stuck in traffic on the main road, but that’s just life in the city. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in a suit telling us how to talk to people. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us sitting around a cluttered desk with tea. We just do the work we know how to do. There’s a sense of pride in just getting things finished by the end of the shift. It’s not about being the biggest company around, it’s just about being Shiba Industries and doing right by the people who buy from us. We take things one day at a time and try to keep the machines running without too much trouble for anyone involved.
