Shalini Sharma

I run my operations from 242 Civil Lines in Vasundra Colony, just off Tonk Road. My name is Shalini Sharma, and this is where I spend most of my working hours. It isn't a large office with a reception desk or a fleet of employees. It’s just a simple room where I handle my daily tasks and meet with people. I’ve been at this address for a long time, and I’ve grown fond of the neighborhood. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually peaceful, which helps me focus. I don’t use any corporate language or have a complicated business structure. I just talk to my clients like the neighbors they often are. Sometimes my paperwork gets a bit piled up, and I have to spend a Saturday catching up. That’s just the reality of working for yourself. I don’t have a big website or a marketing strategy. I’ve found that doing good work is usually enough to keep people coming back. Tonk Road is just a short walk away, but in here, it feels much quieter. I like the pace of life in Civil Lines. I don’t have any plans to move to a big glass building. This place works for me, and I think the people I work with appreciate the personal touch. It’s just me doing my best every day.
