S.H. Academy

S.H. Academy is right on Tonk Road in Jaipur. If you've ever driven down Tonk Road, you know it is one of the busiest streets in the whole city. The traffic is constant and there is always a lot of dust from the vehicles. Our place is set back a little bit, but you can still hear the horns honking all day long. It's a simple academy. We have a couple of rooms where we set up tables and chairs. It isn't a big glass building or a corporate park. It’s just an older building that we've made work for our needs. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss the turn. In the rainy season, the road gets a bit messy, but that is just how it is in Jaipur. We spend our time checking the schedules and making sure the students have what they need. There is no fancy coffee machine here, just a kettle for tea. We don't have a team of people in suits. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get on with the work. The rooms are plain with whiteboards on the walls. We keep things functional. It's about having a place to sit and learn without any extra distractions. We have been at this 302001 location for a while and don't plan on moving. We keep some extra notebooks in the drawer just in case someone forgets theirs, which happens more often than you would think when students are in a hurry.
