The doors open early here at C-171 in Tilak Nagar. We are tucked away on Sunder Marg and usually, you can hear the kids chatting before they even get inside for their lessons. It isn’t a massive building, just a regular space where we have set up some desks and chairs for the students. Some days it gets a bit crowded, especially when the evening batches start arriving and everyone is trying to find a spot. We don't have a big reception desk or people in suits walking around. It’s mostly just us teachers and the students looking at their books and trying to figure out the tough parts of the syllabus. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the windows. We use a few whiteboards that have seen better days, but they still work fine for explaining things. It can be a lot of work keeping everything organized, especially during exam season when everyone is stressed out. We just try to keep things simple and focus on the work at hand. No one here is trying to be fancy. We just want the local kids to have a place where they can sit down and actually learn something without too many distractions from home. It is a straightforward operation and we like keeping it that way for the community.
