Sai Ram Handicraft

Sai Ram Handicraft is located right in the heart of the old city on Hawa Mahal Road. To find us, you have to turn into Ist Cross, Khwas Ji Ka Rasta. We are quite close to K K Hospital. The area is incredibly busy with tourists, shoppers, and locals all squeezed into the narrow lanes. Our shop is small and packed with all kinds of handmade items. We have things made of wood, cloth, and stone. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves and boxes. We work with different craftsmen who bring their items to us from their homes. It’s a traditional way of doing things that hasn't changed much over the years. We spend a lot of our time sitting on floor cushions, showing our wares to anyone who wanders in. The noise from the street is constant—horns honking and people shouting—but we are used to it. We don't have a modern office or a polished showroom. It’s more like a storeroom that people can visit. We enjoy the history of this part of town. Every piece in our shop has a story, though we don't always have time to tell them all.
