Saboo Udyog

Saboo Udyog is located at plot number 38 in VKIA. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a place where people come to work hard. Our unit is just like the others around us—full of the sounds of machinery and the smell of metal and oil. We start our day pretty early when the air is still a bit cool. The first thing we do is get the machines warmed up and have a quick cup of tea while we talk about what needs to be finished. We have been doing this for a long time, so the routine is pretty much set in stone. There is no corporate ladder here; we are just a bunch of people working together to get the orders ready on time. The floor is usually covered in scraps, and we clean it up at the end of every week. Our customers are mostly other businesses who need parts or materials for their own work. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or websites. If someone needs something, they usually just show up at the gate or call us on the landline. It can be a tough environment with the heat and the noise, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we all appreciate. We just focus on the task at hand and making sure the measurements are right. This part of the city is loud, but it is where the work gets done and we are okay with that.
