Our shop, S D Agarwal & Communication, is located right on the Jhotwara Khatipura Road. If you know this area, you know the traffic can be a real headache during the evening rush hour. We are right there in the middle of it all. We have been running this place for quite some time now. Most people stop by when they need a quick recharge or maybe a new SIM card because they lost their old one. It is a practical kind of business. We have some glass counters with different mobile accessories and chargers piled up. It is not the most organized looking place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. Sometimes we just stand outside the door to catch a bit of a breeze if it is not too dusty. We talk to the neighbors a lot. The guy who runs the shop next door usually comes over to chat when things are slow. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. It is a steady life. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby houses and we have seen their kids grow up over the years. It is just a normal local shop doing normal things on a busy road. It gets the job done and we like being here.
