Royal Hair Dresser

Royal Hair Dresser is located at shop number C-145 in Section 8 of Vidhyadhar Nagar. Because we are right near the Mandir Mod, we see a lot of people heading to the temple on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Our shop is a bit tucked away, but once you find it, it’s a nice enough place to sit for a bit. We have the usual black chairs and a big mirror that covers most of the wall. Even though the floor is tiled and we try to keep it swept, hair seems to get everywhere anyway. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the families in Section 8 by name. Watching the kids grow up and come in for their first haircuts is one of the things we notice most. It is a neighborhood shop through and through. There aren't any fancy signs or expensive products on display here. We just have the basic tools we need to get the work done. The shop has a bit of a lived-in feel, which I think makes people feel more at home. Usually, there is some small talk about the local news or how the cricket team is doing. A steady pace of work keeps us busy throughout the day. People come by after their jobs or on their day off to get cleaned up. It is just a regular part of the street where everyone is welcome to sit and wait.
