We are located out in the Sitapura Industrial Area, specifically at plots H-172 and 173. Being in the RIICO zone means it’s a lot different than the shops in the city center. It’s mostly big trucks, dust, and the sound of machines running all day long. Royal Crafts & Creations Pvt Ltd has been here for a good amount of time, working out of these large sheds. The sun gets really hot on the metal roofs in the summer, but we keep things moving. We have a lot of space for the materials and the workers to move around. It’s a practical setup because we need the room for the crates and the production lines. You won't find any fancy decorations in our office area; it’s mostly just desks, files, and some samples of what we’ve been making lately. The commute out here can be long depending on the traffic, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s just about getting the work done. We usually have lunch together in a small corner of the facility. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over to make sure they look right. The industrial area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it. Most people who come here are looking for bulk orders or checking on their shipments. It’s not a place for casual browsing, just a busy workshop where things get made.
