Rohit International

We’ve set up shop at D-28 in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, fairly quiet compared to some of the other commercial hubs in the city. Our building is nothing too special, just a regular brick structure that we’ve made our own over time. Rohit International is mostly about the export business, so our days are filled with checking schedules, talking to suppliers, and making sure the paperwork for the customs guys is all in order. We have a small office staff and a few guys in the back who handle the physical side of things. There’s always a stack of catalogs on the coffee table and some samples sitting on the shelves. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the neighbors, from the guy who runs the corner shop to the people in the other offices. It’s a friendly place to be. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable because the office can get a bit warm in the afternoons. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and we end up just sitting on the balcony to finish talking. It’s a simple operation. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure our clients get what they asked for and that we can keep the lights on and the staff paid. It’s just honest work we do every day.
