Rk Mehta & Associates

Down in Durgapura at Maharani Farm, that is where our office is. Rk Mehta & Associates is a small setup, nothing too grand. We handle accounting work for a variety of people around Jaipur and even some further out in Rajasthan. The address is 302020 if you are looking for us on a map. Our daily routine involves a lot of looking at spreadsheets and making sure all the tax laws are followed correctly. It can be quite dry work for some, but it is what we do here. The Maharani Farm area is a nice part of the city to be in. We get a mix of clients, some who have been coming to us for years and others who just heard about us from a neighbor. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our desks are covered in calculators and pens. When someone walks in, they see a normal working office where people are actually doing things. We talk to our clients in plain English or Hindi, whatever is easier, because tax stuff is confusing enough as it is. We aren't here to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the filings are done on time so nobody gets a notice from the department. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of Jaipur. There is always work to do, especially when the financial year ends.
