Rim Exports

Rim Exports is based at 9A Panch Sheel, Vihar Hari-Marg in Civil-Lines. This part of town is a bit quieter than the main markets. We have a decent amount of space here. It’s where we handle all the export stuff. We spend a lot of time wrapping items and checking lists. There are always rolls of tape and bubble wrap lying around. The floor is usually covered in bits of cardboard. We don't have a big team. It’s just a few of us who know the routine. We start the day by checking the mail and seeing what needs to go out. The driveway is often blocked by a truck or a van. We have to coordinate with the drivers to make sure things get loaded right. It’s not a glamorous job. We get sweaty and tired by the end of the day. But it feels good to see the boxes stacked up and ready to go. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea. Sometimes we bring in sweets to share. The neighbors are mostly other businesses or quiet houses. We try not to make too much noise early in the morning. It’s a steady pace. We don't use any high-tech systems. Just some simple tools and a lot of manual work. It works for us.
