Our shop is located on Nagar Nigam Road in Sanganer. It’s a place where people come when they need help with their phones or maybe some paperwork. We have a couple of computers set up for internet work and a printer that sees a lot of use. A lot of students come by to get copies of their IDs or forms printed out. We also sell those scratch cards for mobile data and talk time. It’s not the biggest shop on the street, but we keep it tidy enough. There’s usually a stack of papers near the desk and some phone cases hanging on the wall. We spend a lot of time helping people figure out their phone settings or why an app isn't working. It’s just simple help, nothing too complicated. The road outside is usually loud with traffic, but it keeps us busy. We’ve been here long enough that people know us by name. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big sign. Just the name on the front and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. Sometimes we run out of ink or paper and have to run out to get more. That’s just part of running a small place like this. We like being part of the Sanganer community. It’s a simple life, working day in and day out at the counter. We don't try to be anything we are not.
