Reva Overseas

Our office is located at Achrol House, specifically 13 A on the first floor. It’s on Jacob Road in the Civil Lines area. It's an older building with a lot of character, though the plumbing acts up once in a while. We handle overseas work from here. It sounds more exciting than it is. Mostly it's us sitting at desks checking lists and making sure stuff gets shipped out right. The rooms have high ceilings which is good for the summer heat. We have a lot of samples sitting on shelves—mostly things we’ve sent out over the years. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just sit around talking until it comes back on. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. It's just a place to work. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, but they usually dry out because we forget to water them when we are busy. Jacob Road is usually pretty calm compared to the rest of the city. We like it that way. It’s a simple operation. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just get the shipping documents ready and make sure the labels are stuck on straight. It’s been our home base for a long time and we’re used to the creaky floors.
