Reil

Reil is based out of 2, Kanakpura Indl.Area, right on Sirsi Road. It’s a good spot for us because it’s easy for the transport trucks to get in and out. The building is a large warehouse-style space where we do all our manufacturing. It’s mostly metal and concrete, nothing fancy. We have different sections for different parts of the job. Some areas are for cutting, some for assembly, and a small corner for the office staff. It’s a noisy environment, but we’ve all gotten used to the sound of the tools and the forklifts moving around. We work in shifts here to keep things moving. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s a bit of a local crowd. We don't put much effort into how the place looks to outsiders. As long as the machines are working and the orders are going out, we’re happy. We’ve had our fair share of problems over the years, like machines breaking down or shipments getting delayed, but we always find a way to fix it. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just talk to each other and figure things out on the fly. It’s a practical way to run things and it’s served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and try to meet our production targets every month without too much fuss or drama. It’s a busy place but we like it.
