Regal Amporium And Telecommunication

Out in Jagatpura, at F 258, our shop is a bit of a mix. We started with telecommunications, mostly doing mobile recharges and selling SIM cards, but over time we added more things. Now we have a variety of items that people might need for their homes or for gifts. It’s a bit of a random collection, but that’s what makes it interesting. You might come in for a phone top-up and end up looking at a set of glasses or some decorative items. Jagatpura has grown so much lately, and we’ve seen a lot of new apartments going up around us. This means new people are always walking in, trying to figure out where to get things. The shop is brightly lit, but it's not a fancy boutique. We have shelves lined with electronics and other small household goods. Sometimes the recharge system goes down and we have to ask customers to wait, which can be a bit awkward. We also help people who aren't very tech-savvy with their phone settings. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things. We don't have a big team; it's just a couple of us managing everything from the inventory to the cash counter. It gets a bit messy behind the desk with all the cables and paperwork, but we know where everything is. It’s just a practical business serving the local area.
