We are based at the HIG Duplex on V.T Road in Mansarovar, Jaipur. Most people around this part of the city know that V.T Road can get quite busy, but we’ve been in this duplex for a while and we like it. We focus on medical recording systems and the technical equipment that goes with them. It’s not some big, shiny corporate office with a lobby. It’s more of a practical workspace where we spend our days testing hardware and making sure things work for the clinics and hospitals we deal with. Usually, we are busy checking through equipment or answering technical questions on the phone. The traffic outside can be a bit loud sometimes, but once you're inside, we’re just focused on the electronics. Our team is small and we’ve lived in Jaipur for a long time, so we know our way around. We don't go for flashy marketing or big talk about being the leaders in the field. We just do our daily work and try to be helpful to the doctors who call us. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with spare parts and various tools, but that’s just the nature of the job we do. We like being in a residential area like Mansarovar because it feels more like a community. We just keep things straightforward and try to get the repairs done without making a lot of fuss or using any corporate jargon.
