J. K. International is located in the Sitapura Industrial Area, specifically at F-29 in SEZ-2. Being in a Special Economic Zone means there are a lot of rules and gates to go through, but it’s where we need to be. The area is full of large plots and factories, so it doesn't have much of a neighborhood feel, but it’s great for business. Our plot is a functional space where we handle international trade matters. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking containers, and making sure everything matches the regulations. The sun can be really harsh out here in Sitapura, so we spend most of our time indoors under the lights. We don't have a flashy showroom. Most people who come here are here for work, not to look at decor. We’ve been operating out of this SEZ for a good length of time. Our daily routine is mostly dictated by shipping schedules and customs requirements. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady. We have a small team that knows the ropes, so we don't need much supervision. We just get the orders processed and move on to the next one. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense way of working. Being out here in Sitapura means we are part of the bigger export machine of the city. We usually eat our lunch together in the small breakroom. It keeps us going through the long afternoon shifts.
