Rbs International School

Rbs International School is located out in Bhankrota, Jaipur. It’s a bit of a drive from the center of the city, which some people like because it’s not as cramped as the inner neighborhoods. Bhankrota is still developing, so you see a lot of open land and new construction around us. The school itself is a large, plain building. We don't have any of those fancy modern facades. It’s just a place built for a purpose. The wind can get quite strong out here, blowing the sand around, so we’re always sweeping the floors. We have a lot of students who come from the nearby villages and the newer housing colonies. The mornings are usually the best time, before the heat really kicks in and the roads get too busy. We don’t have a lot of "extras" here. We focus on the basics. The teachers have their own ways of doing things, and we don’t interfere much as long as the work gets done. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. You won't find any plush carpets or high-tech lounges in our building. We have sturdy benches, plenty of fans, and large windows to catch whatever breeze we can. It’s a straightforward school for families who just want a local place for their kids. We’ve been here long enough that we’re just part of the Bhankrota landscape now. It’s a quiet life, mostly, except when the school bell rings and everyone rushes out to find their parents or the bus.
