Getting to Indira Bazar in the morning is always a bit of a struggle because of the traffic near Raisar Plaza. Our place, Rb Agro Milling Pvt. Ltd., is tucked into the Doongari House Complex at number 178. It’s a busy spot. You can usually hear the sound of the machinery or see people moving bags around if you come at the right time. We’ve been operating from this corner for a long time. The office is small and filled with ledgers and samples of whatever we are milling that week. It smells like grain and hard work most days. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, check the machines, and make sure the orders are moving out to where they need to go. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It’s just part of being in an older complex. The tea stall downstairs is where most of our serious discussions happen anyway. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. It’s not about fancy titles or polished floors here. It's about getting the milling right and keeping the customers happy enough to come back next time. We deal with the heat in the summer and the damp in the monsoon, just like everyone else in the bazar. It is just the way we work.
