Raju Gents Parlour Shop

Raju Gents Parlour Shop is located at Kisan Marg in the Barkat Nagar area. We are at shop B/10, which is very close to the Arjun Nagar Phatak. If you stay in the shop long enough, you start to know the schedule of the trains just by the sound of the gates closing. The shop is a bit bigger than some of the others in this neighborhood. I have a large mirror that covers almost one whole wall. It has a few scratches on it but it does the job. I keep a stack of newspapers on a plastic chair for the people waiting. Usually, it's just local news and sports. The floor is made of gray stone and it stays cool even when the weather in Jaipur is boiling. I have a small cupboard for the towels and another one for the sprays and creams. The sink in the back has a slight leak that I have been meaning to fix for months. It just drips slowly while I work. Barkat Nagar is a busy place with lots of shops, so there is always someone coming in for a quick shave or a trim. Most of the people who come here live in the 302015 area and have been coming for years. We just keep things moving and try to finish before the sun sets.
