Rajasthan Handloom & Handicraft Industries is found at number 9 in Gupta Garden. This is located in Govind Nagar West, just off the main Amer Road. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. Our focus is on handloom fabrics and different kinds of handicrafts that are made around here. Amer Road is the main way to the fort, so it is always busy with cars and buses. Our place in Gupta Garden is a little bit quieter, which is nice for working. We have piles of cloth and various handmade items all over the shop. It is not a polished showroom like you see in the big cities. It is more of a place where we store our goods and sell them to people who know about us. We get our fabrics directly from the weavers, so every piece is a bit unique. Sometimes the print is a little different or the color varies, but that's what happens with hand-made things. We spend a lot of our day checking the stock and talking to suppliers. It is a small team here, just a few of us managing everything from the sales to the heavy lifting. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most people find us because they are looking for something authentic. Being in Govind Nagar West keeps us close to the heart of the craft community.
