Raj Ethnic Apparels Private Limited is located at H-135 in the RIICO Industrial Area in Mansarovar. Being in an industrial area means we’re surrounded by other businesses doing similar things. It’s a practical location for us because it makes logistics easier. We specialize in ethnic clothing, which is a big part of the culture here in Jaipur. Our building is mostly a workspace where the actual making of the clothes happens. We don't have a lot of decorations or a fancy front office. We spend our money on the materials and the machines instead. There’s usually a lot of noise from the sewing machines and people talking as they work. It’s a lively environment, even if it’s a bit cramped sometimes. We’ve got a small team and we’ve been working together for quite a bit. We know each other's habits and how to get things done without too much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to deal with it and move on. We aren't polished professionals in suits. We’re just regular people who know how to make traditional clothes. We take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of our orders. It is a simple life and we are happy to have the work. There is always something new to learn in this business.
