Rahul Hair Saloon

Rahul Hair Saloon is located in Anand Vihar, which is part of the Sanganer area in Jaipur. We are situated right on the Airport Road, so we often see the big planes flying low as they come in to land. The shop is a simple brick and mortar setup that has been serving the people in this neighborhood for some time. We open up early in the morning, usually around the time the first tea stalls start their stoves. The interior is nothing special, just a few mirrors on the wall and some chairs that we keep as clean as possible. Sanganer is a busy place with a lot of people working in the local industries, so we get a good mix of customers. Some are in a hurry to get to work, while others like to take their time and talk about the news. We don't have any staff in uniforms or anything like that. It is just us in our regular clothes, doing the work that needs to be done. The floor is tiled, and we spend a lot of time sweeping up hair after every customer. We have a small radio that plays local stations to keep the background noise going. It is a straightforward business without any bells or whistles. People come to us because we are close by and they know what to expect when they sit in the chair.
