We are located at 118 Panchsheel Enclave in Durgapura. It is a quiet enough spot, mostly residential around here, which makes for a nice walk to work. R P Handicrafts is basically run out of this space, and it stays pretty busy most days of the week. We have shelves lined with all sorts of things we have collected or had made. There is always a layer of dust on something because we are constantly moving boxes around. We are not a big corporation with a HR department or anything like that. It is just us. We spend a lot of time talking to the craftsmen and making sure the pieces they bring in are what we talked about. Sometimes there are delays, or the colors are not exactly what we expected, but that is just how it goes with handmade stuff. We do not try to hide the imperfections; that is part of the whole thing. The office can get a bit chaotic when a big shipment comes in, and we are all tripping over crates in the hallway. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized with a bunch of notebooks and sticky notes everywhere. It is a small local business, and we like being part of the Durgapura neighborhood. We have been here long enough that the neighbors know when we are working late. We just do our thing, day in and day out, and try to make sure the work is honest and the people are treated fair.
