R. K. Indicraft

R. K. Indicraft is situated at B-90-91 on Janpath in Shyam Nagar. This is where we do all our work. The space is divided between the storage area and the small section where we handle the packing. We deal with various items and they tend to pile up near the entrance. Shyam Nagar is a nice area, relatively calm compared to the main market. We chose Janpath because it was accessible for the trucks. We have a few people helping us out with the daily chores. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and checking inventory. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s more like a family-run place where everyone knows what to do. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due. The building at B-90-91 has been our home for a while. We know the postman and the tea stall guy around the corner. We don't bother with fancy signs or decorations. The focus is on the products inside the boxes. If things get messy, we clean up on Saturday afternoons. It is a simple life here. We just want to make sure the items get to where they are going without any breakage. You can find us at the office most days. We don't do much talking, mostly just working. It’s what keeps the business going and keeps us focused on the tasks.
