I started Quality Classes over at E-88 in Vaishali Nagar quite a few years back. It’s not a huge place, just a regular building where we have a couple of rooms set up for teaching. You know how it is in Jaipur, especially in this part of town; it gets pretty busy during the day. Most days, I’m here before eight in the morning to open the shutters and make sure the benches are wiped down. Sometimes the dust is just everywhere. The students start coming in shortly after, some on bikes and others walking from nearby blocks. We’ve got some whiteboards that are looking a bit old now, but they still work fine for what we do. It’s mostly just me and a couple of other guys helping out with different subjects. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every room, just the big desert coolers that make a lot of noise but keep things okay when it’s hot out. People around here know the address easily because it's a quiet lane off the main road. I usually spend my afternoons grading papers or just sitting at the front desk talking to parents who drop by. It’s a simple life, honestly. There’s no big corporate office behind us or anything like that. Just a local spot where people come to learn stuff. We drink a lot of chai from the stall down the street during the breaks.
