Pratibha Sharma operates from 19 Sitapura Industrial Area, which is out near Dehar Ka Balaji on Sikar Road. This side of town is always developing and there is a lot of construction going on nearby. Being in an industrial area means there is always the sound of machinery or workers moving things around in the distance. The office is simple and functional. We have the basic stuff you need to run things, like a computer and some shelves for storage. Sikar Road can be a bit of a long drive depending on where you are coming from, but we are used to it by now. The area around Dehar Ka Balaji is quite busy during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations. Most of the furniture is just what was available when we moved in. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is common out here, so we have to be careful with our electronics. We see a mix of people every day, from delivery drivers to local business owners. It is a very hands-on way of working. There is no corporate ladder here, just us doing what needs to be done to keep things moving. We usually pack our lunch and eat together in the small break area. It is a honest day's work in a busy industrial setting.
