Pooja Hair Dresar

If you are heading down Main Hardi Road in Kanota you will probably see our shop, Pooja Hair Dresar. We are located right near the Kendra Bank which makes it easy for people to describe where we are to their friends. It is a busy road and there is always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic moving outside. Inside though it is a bit calmer and we can focus on the work. I have been cutting hair in Jaipur for years and this shop is where I spend most of my waking hours. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but I haven't found the time to close up for a day to actually do it. Customers come in for a shave or a quick trim and we catch up on what is happening in the village. It is a local place through and through. I don't use any of those expensive machines just the basic tools that I know how to handle well. The chair is a bit old but comfortable enough for a ten-minute sit. Sometimes my neighbors stop by just to say hello even if they don't need a haircut today. That is how things go around here in Kanota. We are at Main Hardi Road, 303012. If the bank is open we are usually open too. It is just a basic shop for basic needs and keeping things simple.
