Pinkcity Mobile

We are Pinkcity Mobile, and you can find us in Sanganer at Pratap Nagar. The shop is not very big, but we have managed to fit a lot of things into the glass cases over the years. Most of the day is spent looking at small screens and trying to fix buttons that don't click anymore. It is a bit of a challenge because the parts are so tiny and my hands aren't as steady as they used to be when I started. We have all kinds of accessories like cables, earphones, and those colorful covers that the young kids like to buy. The street outside is always bustling with people going to the shops or the temple. It can get quite noisy, but we are used to the sound of horns and people shouting. We don't have any corporate training; we just learned by doing the work every day. Sometimes a customer comes in with a phone that has been dropped in water, and we have to tell them it might not work again. It’s hard to give bad news like that to someone who needs their phone. We have a small stool for people to sit on while they wait for their repairs to be finished. My nephew helps me out in the evenings after he finishes his school for the day. We just try to do a decent job and keep our customers happy so they come back the next time they have a problem.
