We are located over on Jhotwara Road at G 31. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on outside our door. The shop itself is small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people about their connections. It seems like everyone has a problem with their phone or their internet these days. We don't have a lot of staff, usually just one or two of us here at a time. The shelves are lined with boxes and cables that we try to keep organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. People come in in a hurry, usually wanting things fixed right away. We do what we can. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but it still works well enough to keep the heat out. We know the other shopkeepers around G 31 quite well, and we often share tea in the afternoons. It’s a good community here. The traffic on Jhotwara Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually stay a bit later to let it clear out before heading home. It is a simple business, nothing too complicated. We just try to stay on top of all the new gadgets and parts that keep coming out every month. It keeps us on our toes, that is for sure.
