Pihu Herbal Beauty Parlour sits at 47-A in Green Avenue. We are right on Khatipura Road in Jaipur, not far from Jharkhand More. It is a simple place where we do a lot of threading, waxing, and basic hair care. Since we call ourselves a herbal parlour, we try to use products that aren't too harsh on the skin. Most of our customers are women from the nearby houses who have been coming to us for years. They know us by name, and we know exactly how they like their eyebrows done. It’s a small shop, so it gets a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting. We have a few fans going to keep the Jaipur heat away, but it still gets warm in the summer. There is no receptionist; usually, whoever is free just talks to the person coming in. We keep our tools in little plastic bins and make sure everything is wiped down after use. It’s not a place with big glass windows or bright neon lights. It’s just a cozy spot where you can get your hair oiled or a quick facial done while chatting about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We try to keep our prices fair so people can come back every month. If you see the sign near Green Avenue, that’s us. We just get on with the daily routine here.
