Pawan Hair Salon

Pawan Hair Salon is located on Ajmer Road, out in the Mahapura area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main center of Jaipur, but it’s a growing spot. I opened this shop because I wanted to work for myself. The address is 302026 if you’re looking for the pin code. Every morning I drive down and open up. The road outside is always busy with trucks and cars heading towards Ajmer. Sometimes the noise is a lot, but you get used to it after a few weeks. Inside, it’s just a normal salon. I have my combs, my spray bottle, and my different sets of clippers laid out. I try to keep things neat, but by the end of the day, there is hair everywhere on the floor. I usually give it a good sweep before I head home. People in Mahapura are hardworking, so they appreciate a place that just gets the job done without making a big deal out of it. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or leather sofas, just basic chairs that are comfortable enough for a twenty-minute cut. I’ve met a lot of interesting people sitting in those chairs. We talk about work, family, and life. It’s a simple life running Pawan Hair Salon and I’m quite content with how things are going on Ajmer Road. We just take it one customer at a time and try to stay consistent with what we do.
