Pancholi Telecom

Pancholi Telecom is located at T 52 in Indira Bazar. This area is known for being a hub for all sorts of electronics and gadgets. Our shop is one of many, but we’ve been at this address, T 52, for a long time. We deal with mobile recharges, some basic repairs, and selling accessories like chargers and earphones. It’s a small space, and it gets quite crowded when more than three people are inside. Indira Bazar is always loud with the sound of horns and people talking. We don't have a big staff, usually just one or two of us behind the counter. We’ve seen phones change from simple buttons to these big touchscreens. It’s a lot to keep up with, but we try. Sometimes the repairs are easy, other times they are a real headache. We don't use any fancy talk; we just tell people what can be fixed and what can't. Most of our day is spent handling small cash transactions and explaining data plans. It’s a very normal shop. We aren't looking to become a giant company. Pancholi Telecom is just our way of earning a decent living in a busy market. We like the energy of Indira Bazar, even when it’s exhausting. We usually keep some cold water for the customers because it gets very hot in this part of the market. Our shelves are full of colorful phone cases and tangled cables that we try to keep sorted out every morning before the first customer arrives.
