P K Singhvi & Co is over on M I Road. We are in Guttan Bhawan, which is located right behind Khaitan Bhawan. M I Road is always packed with traffic and tourists, but once you go behind to where we are, it gets a little bit quieter. Guttan Bhawan is an older building with a lot of character. Our office is inside, and it is a pretty simple setup. We have desks, some cupboards for all the paperwork, and a few fans to keep the air moving. It is the kind of place where you can hear the city outside but still focus on the task at hand. We don't really go for any polished look. It is just a place where we come to work every morning. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or the lights flicker, but we just deal with it and keep going. Finding us can be a little tricky the first time because of the way the buildings are tucked behind each other, but once you find Khaitan Bhawan, you are basically there. We have been here for years and the office has grown into its own sort of comfortable mess. It’s just us doing our thing in a very central part of the city. We don't need anything more than that to get the job done. It is a practical office for practical people.
