Orient Spa Academy

The academy is out in the Riico Industrial Area in Kukas, right on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. Being near the highway means it’s always a bit busy with trucks and cars going past. We are at Sp -36B, and it’s a decent-sized space for what we do. It isn’t a spa where you go to relax, it’s a place where people come to learn how to do the work. We teach the basics of massage and spa treatments to folks who want to find a job in hotels or parlors. It’s practical stuff. There are rooms set up with tables and equipment so students can practice. It’s a bit different from the city center because it’s more industrial and quiet in some ways, but loud because of the road. People come from all over the area to stay and learn here. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy marketing. We just show them how to handle the oils and the techniques. The building is plain, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the training. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we manage. We’ve been here for a while now, helping people get some skills so they can go earn a living. It’s a straightforward place with no nonsense. Just teachers and students trying to get things right. That's the whole story of this place. We stay busy and keep at it.
