You can find Om Agarwal & Co over at D-37 in the Shubhlabh Apartment building. This is in C Scheme, so it's a pretty central location for us. We’ve been working out of this apartment for quite some time now. It doesn't feel like a cold, glass-walled office. It feels more like a place where real work happens. We have a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. It gets a bit tight when we have a lot of paperwork, but we manage. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just a local team doing our bit. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or writing things down. We drink a lot of chai to keep us going through the afternoon. The neighbors in Shubhlabh Apartment are mostly quiet, which helps us concentrate on the details. Sometimes the parking downstairs can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s an honest way to spend the day. If you drop by, you’ll see we are just regular people. We try to be helpful and keep things simple. There’s no need to make things more complicated than they actually are. We focus on the folders on the desk and getting through them one by one.
