Noreen Communication

Noreen Communication is situated in Moti Katla Bazar, near Ramgarh Mod. This part of the city is very old and the streets are quite narrow. You can hear the rickshaws and the vegetable sellers all day long. My shop is right in the middle of all that noise. I mostly deal with mobile repairs and selling small accessories like earphones and memory cards. It’s a tight space, so I have to be very organized with my tools. I have a small workbench in the back where I do the soldering and screen replacements. The light isn't great, so I use a big lamp to see what I'm doing. A lot of people come in because they dropped their phone on the hard stone streets around here. I try my best to fix things quickly. Sometimes I have to wait for parts to come from the main market, which can take a day or two. I tell people the truth about how long it will take. I don't like making people wait without a reason. The tea stall next door is where I get my energy from. We talk to the other shopkeepers while we drink our chai. It's a friendly atmosphere despite being so crowded. I've lived in this neighborhood all my life, so I know almost everyone who walks past the door. We aren't a big company, just a local spot where you can get your phone sorted out without any hassle.
