Our office is located at 152, "Laxmi Niwas" in Subhash Colony. Shastri Nagar is a nice area of Jaipur to work in, and being in a spot like Laxmi Niwas makes it feel more like a community space than a stiff corporate office. N.K Rathi & Associates has been operating from here for a good bit of time. We keep things pretty simple around here. Most days involve sitting down with a lot of spreadsheets and making sure all the tax forms are filled out correctly for the people who trust us with their finances. It’s quiet in the colony usually, which helps when you’re trying to focus on complicated numbers. We aren’t trying to be some big, impersonal company. It’s just us, working through the audits and the accounting tasks that pile up on the desks. Sometimes we have tea and discuss the latest changes in the tax laws, trying to keep up with everything. It’s a lot of reading and checking things twice. People from around Jaipur-302016 come by when they have a problem with their GST or just need someone to look over their books. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just come in, sit down, and we talk about what needs to be done. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we like being part of the Shastri Nagar neighborhood.
