Nirmala Handicraft

Nirmala Handicraft is located at 41276 Gangapole on the Badanpura Main Road. We are just outside the Gangapole Gate. If you’ve ever walked through there, you know how busy it gets with all the motorbikes and carts. Our shop is full of things we've made or collected over time. It isn't a fancy showroom with spotlights. It’s more like a workshop where things are piled up and there is always a bit of sawdust or thread on the floor. We’ve been at this spot for a long time now. The main road is always loud, and the heat in the summer can be tough, but we stay open regardless. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us because they are passing by the gate or someone told them we were here. We spend our days working with our hands. It's a slow process sometimes. We aren't trying to be some big factory. It’s just local work done by local people. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when the weather is nice. We talk to the neighbors and watch the traffic go towards the gate. It's a simple life, and we like being part of the history of this area. The building is old, but it has character, and it’s where we feel at home doing our crafts. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
