New Star Cutting Saloon

If you go down to Chota Bazaar in Chaksu, you will find us in Labiyon Ki Gali. We are located in Ward 4, which is a busy little part of the town. New Star Cutting Saloon has been here for quite some time. The alleyway is narrow, so it feels very much like a traditional part of Jaipur. There are always people walking by, and you can hear the sounds of the bazaar all day long. Our shop is small and simple. We have a couple of chairs and some mirrors that have been on the walls for years. We do not have air conditioning or anything fancy like that. We just use fans to keep the air moving. It is a place where local men come to get a quick haircut or a shave before they go about their day. We know most of the people who live in Ward 4, and they know us. The shop does not look like a modern salon you would find in a big mall. It is more of a traditional cutting saloon. We keep our tools clean and our chairs ready. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the tiny space, but everyone is patient. We do not do anything complicated, just the basics. It is an honest way to make a living in Chaksu. If you are walking through Chota Bazaar, you cannot really miss Labiyon Ki Gali. We are right there in the middle of it all. (253 words)
